The entire set of vBSEO filenames show up with the notice 'file not found' under Maintenance>Diagnostics>SuspectFileVersions after removing vBSEO webfiles and uninstalling and deleting the plugin/product.
Here is the direct quote from the vBSEO Support and Design member:
If you removed all the files and diagnostics still show that they exist then i think you find a bug with vBulletin

Notes: I upgraded from 3.6.10 to 3.7.0 GOLD on my forums.
edit: Even though there are no plugins, just in case when I put in disable all hooks on config.php the files still show up in diagnostics as well.
