User Control Panel settings for user title missing

Users who are members of usergroups defined as able to edit their user titles are unable to find the option to do so in the user control panel. Their user ID is also set to allow user set user titles.

I made a couple IDs and couldn't find it myself.

Could someone point me in the right direction, Please?

You can set user titles by going to "Edit Your Details" under the UserCP if you are using unaltered templates.
