How do I get the networking features to show up in my UserCP?
Also, where are the networking controls found?
I have installed vB 3.7.0, and the upgrade seemed to work good. But other than seeing the Tags feature, I do not see anything of the other new features..

Thank you for your input.

To have the social bookmarking box appear it must be globally enabled via the vBulletin Options tab in the side-panel of your ACP. Visit Social Bookmarking Manager and click the link at the top of the page that says Social Bookmarks are disabled and you'll be brought to the setting page where you can enable it.
For other networking features (including profiles, profile customization, social groups, etc.), all are found under vBulletin Options in many different places. Enable them and then check your usergroup permissions to ensure they are set to your liking.

After visiting the ACP the social bookmarking box must already be enable, because there are a few social bookmarks that I have set up. These are set up as links to others websites. As far as seeing something that needs to be set "globally" I see nothing. The networking features, I see nothing anywhere. And there is nothing in the UserCP that has anything to do with Networking. Other sites that I have visited have links to various Networking features that show up in the UserCP.
Is there something I am missing?

Never mind I found the problem. I had to revert the UserCP_Shell Template. I had a mod that was keeping the Features from showing up.
