strange message editor after upgrade

After upgrade I have a strange message editor
(see attachment)

How can I resolve this problem?

(I have the default style with dutch language translation)

I've found the solution.
The problem was that my headerinclude and header was not updated.

Thanks mate, I had the exactly same problem and I reverted my "headerinclude" and its fixed now :)
