WYSIWYG Editor Not there?

We installed a new 3.7 forum, and the WYSIWYG Editor is not there? Is there somewhere i should go to activate it?

Try this. Create a new style and choose no parent style. This will force it to use the default templates. Then change to this style and view your forums with it. Do you have the same problem?

If you do, empty your browser cache, close all browser windows and try again.

Do you have it turned on? Have you installed any add-ons?

it was in registration options....

im going in and editing all the user's preferences
