Missing Upgrade file?

I have downloaded vbulletin 3.7.0 gold and went to upgrade it on my forums but it's saying that it's going to upgrade to vbulletin 3.7. RC 4. There is a missing file in the install folder so you know ;)

Oh really? What file is that, since Ive upgraded 5 forums now with no issue :)

Hmm maybe not did not look good lol..

But why is it saying it's going to upgrade to RC 4 ? I have rc 4 installed i want stable :P

You didnt actually upgrade to RC4 or your 3.7.0 gold file sdidnt overwite the old ones.

Oh right.. In the admin cp it has been saying I have had RC 4 for the last 5 days and I have rewritten all the files on my forum for the gold.>
