The shared server is driving me to insanity with SLOWNESS.

I want a dedicated server to ensure SPEED.

What do I require?

I am interested in the host rocket options below but I don't know what I require? Can I go for the smallest option?

What is a cpanel?!?

or there is this one:

or VPS?

and what's the difference between linux and windows VPS?

You could go with a vps with at least 512 mb ram. No need for a dedicated yet.

Cpanel is a webhost/client control panel. More info here http://www.cpanel.net
