143.97 + 155.39 + 80 + 125 + 67 + 115 + 88.78 = £775.14

What are your thoughts? I'm open to suggestion on some of the parts, but I'm 100% certain on the case, gfx card and processor I'm going for.

Looks neat Dean :D

If you are going to overclock I would consider an Asus mobo, and different ram.

If you can, you should get a 45nm part, as it uses less power, produces less heat, and performs better clock for clock than a 65nm part. I would suggest the Q9450 (or Q9300).

Again a "if you can", get a higher specced motherboard. The one you have chosen does fine, but for the extra features, it is worth getting better one. Also, if you overclock, it will limit it.

Link to Graphics card is down (or rather, redirects to home page), so I can't comment on it.

Other than that, it looks like a very good and solid build.
