Can anyone tell me what I is wrong with my impex system? I have followed all instructions and even uploaded the file twice to make sure nothing had gone wrong during upload. I have moved the relevant cpnav_impex.xml file in to the includes/xml file. I have checked over the instructions and file paths many times and from what I can see it is correct.

However I am getting the following error when I click on the import button in my adminacp

[edit : Jerry removed image with source IP address]

To me it looks like its unable to read a file, or a file is in the wrong place but I have followed the instructions. I don't know what else to move. I have even attempted to move the index file in that directory.

My members are going to start getting a bit crabby now because I have been at this for a month.

Looks like you're still not grasping the instructions of vbulletin.

You uploaded the files to this location:

http://XXXXXX/~goldenbu/impex/upload/impex/

You do not need to make the impex folder and you also do not need to upload the upload folder. You navigate into the upload folder then upload the impex folder.

Ok the problem was that the connection from Dreamweaver kept cutting out and files where being skipped. Probably explains a lot. Its sorted now.

In ImpExConfig you can set :

$impexconfig['system']['pagespeed'] = 5;

That will slow the page loads, though allow time for the database load to recover and the connection to establish again.
