Module issue occurred on - none
Any SQL error reported - none

2 main problems:

1. The first post of each imported thread is missing.
2. Not all users imported - in the postbit it has "(Unregistered User)" then below the post, it says "(Posted by user Nick ********)"

Did ImpEx say it was importing any ? And there is no created usergroup with the users in it ?

Yes, its on each thread - first post is missing.

ImpEx imported all the users and put them in a usergroup, except for the ones that aren't "there". I've searched for the users and they don't exist. But they obviously do, somewhere.

OK, open a support ticket and ask for me, I'll have to have a look behind the scenes to see why the users missed their usergroup and where the first post is.

Expression Engine again, sorry. I've got the right path, but the files aren't importing. Any suggestions?

All depends on what the ImpEx error given is.

Then 99% of the time it's going to be the full path, with no trailing slash that is the issue, or that PHP doesn't have permissions to the source files.

Permissions are all 777

full path = /hsphere/local/home/xxxxxxx/xxxxxxx/forum_attachments

Then you'll have to contact me in a support ticket so I can have a look at it, and see if it's the file name or file hash its looking for.
