Display problems in IE after sytle change

I was moving some stuff around last night on my forum and changed some styles, screwed it up and to fix it created another style with no parent and have since deleted that style.. Ok, long story short, I don't know what I did...

Anyway, now in IE ONLY all text (not links) have a red underline below them, like they are a link or something... EVERYTHING is ok in Firefox just a problem with IE.

I have reverted all My Css back and the problem still remains...

Any ideas? This only occurs on the main index page and all forum pages, doesnt show when reading a thread..

I even went so far as updating my board today to 3.7 and the problem still remains...
