Help with my usergroups.

I have re-run another impex move and now the messages are appearing to are correct, but my profile has pulled through as "imported-qm" and none of my members are visible online.

Also which usergroups do I need to keep?

Unless you specifically want to keep the imported usergroups, you can delete all usergroups that start with ImpEx: or Imported: which will move the members in that usergroup to the REgistered Users usergroup.

The admin user can be merged here:
AdminCP > Users > Merge Users

Make sure that you set the username with imported_ as the source username and the username that you want to use as the target username. You will need to rebuild the counters again after doing this.
