Is this a vbulletin hack? If so. Where can I get it?

I wanted whether anyone knows this hack shown in the thumbnail? I think it is also used on vbulletin.org. Where can I get it for my vbulletin?

I dont think its a hack its more likey to be a template change from a skin. They are just subforums

You will need to add the subforums in the first place, which is a standard vb feature. They dont come as part of the hack, the hack only deals with the layout of how they are presented.
