Polls for single users?

is possible to add the permission that allow a single user to add a poll?
I do not find this.....

i know this method, but i thinked that exist the function that allow to add this permission a single user....

A user that is not part of a moderators group can only add polls to only threads that they have started. You can easily just place that user into a new usergroup and disable it for the rest of the regular members.

can you write me the Quick Way for do this?

Creation of two identic groups , 1 with the permission poll and the other no? (adding a single user in the allowed poll group) Is that the way?

Just create same group off (selected group), but make sure that the other groups do not have option to add a poll.

You can do this a couple of ways. You can create a new usergroup base off register group (Just a suggestion) and make sure that has enable 'Can Post Polls' and just disable that in other groups.

Another is to go though all your forums add edit permission for each group to disable 'Can Post Polls'

{Note: User can only add poll to a thread that user has created only. To be able to add to other users thread, then you need to make that user a moderator
