Hide who visited profile

Is there an option for the user to hide, who visited their profile, or to limit this info in some way? Users on my forum want to have control over this thing, and I can''t find it at all.

I will be grateful for any other advices on privacy in these great new profiles too.

No sorry, there is no option to do that as this time.
