There are several free space providers that have php/mysql. But I'd suggest you get some payed space with php/sql support.

if you have a small site, using a free host would work fine since vB isn't as much of a hog as UBB is. I've posted several times about free hosts, so just look around here
I think the best one is jumpworld.net though

thank you for your concern. I have tried your suggegion at jumpworld.net but, the server was quit heavy . I rented web space and i wish to fix vb program on my web server.
