Importing user information

I currently have an excel file with the current fields:

ID, USSFID, LASTNAME, FIRSTNAME, MI, CITY, STATE, ZIP, DISTRICT, E-MAIL, GRADE

I have over 5000 users in which i am trying to input that have this information, I was wondering if there is a way for me to do this, the user name i would need the system to create, maybe make user name the ID number, and for password i would need that randomly created or something along those lines, I would really appreciate some help with this.

The text file/ CSV importer will do that.

I suggest setting up impex and only uploading the txt_file/ directory to impex/systems and testing the import with the different fields.
