Unable to users import from 3.6.x to 3.6.x (empty page)

When I try to select the user group to import, nothing is happening on the next page. The threads, posts, and usergroups imported fine, but I am confused why the users wont import. Basically, all I am getting is the default blue page like you get when you import threads,posts, etc.. but nothing is really happening.

default usergroup? What do you mean exactly? I'm rather confused about this part.. I even attempted to move myself to the impex usergroup and tried to redo the users again, still nothing. And thanks to impex, all my threads,posts, etc are created. All I need now is the users, but no idea how to get them imported.. empty page :(.

Well if you're talking about moving yourself into the impex usergroup, that is the default one that impex generates.

If it isn't selecting the user groups I'd start a support ticket and ask for me.
