Where to download vBulletin 3.7.0 RC3?

I can't see any download link to download vBulletin 3.7.0 RC3 in my members area..

Can anyone please give me the direct link?

You need to log into your Member's Area and click "Download vBulletin". On the download page select "More Download Options" and change the version. RC3 will only show if your account was active at the time of the release or if you renew an inactive account.

Your customer number would be sufficient to install all versions of the software downloaded from your account.
