Well I checked out their plans, it seems asthough they support it. I would email them and ask if vbulletin work with their current php setup. Chances are it works perfectly :)

I have been a HostRocket customer since October 2000.
Overall, I am happy with what I'm receiving for a mere $10 a month. Uptime has been tremendous, speeds have been good, and HR offers all the features you could ever imagine. Support has been so-so - sometimes, slow, but in most cases, very responsive.
To make things better, HR has hired additional support people and is in the process of adding a support phone number.
You can read more at HR's forums: http://forums.hostrocket.com

Im on Hostrocket.com and my forums work. However there is downtime. Also several times a week my forums seem incredibly slow. I thought it was me, but several of my users who use all sorts of connections and are located around the world have complained. Its fast when it wants to be, slow as hell when it wants to be too.

been a customer for a few months now.
Little downtime
Good speed
Support very good ( althoug hat time, they reply to questions quickly but stupid;y :) )
I would recommend people to use it for sure.
I am not planning to move yet and I hope I dont have to as things are great so far.
And one more thing, their cp has to be the best !!

I say go for it.
Jake, VO may be good, but they don't offer nearly as much bang for your buck.

I cant vouch for VO, but here is my stance.
I've been a customer with HR since Late April of this year. For the money I get, I get a lot! The CP is excellent, however some of the information i.e. Bandwidth and disk usage seems to be incorrect.
ALso they said that customers new and exisitng would reciveve an extra 100mb of space and 2gb of transfer (on top of 200mb and 10gb). However at least in my CP, It still says 200mb and 10bg transfer. This announcement was made several months ago.
The customer support on my end has been nice. In fact ever TT I've submitted (which hasnt been much), was responded to in a day.
The hosting options and performance are great. However there is downtime and the occasional stutter that you expect from any host.
all in all I'm satistfied with HR.

Good one! :) I can't speak for others, but I am getting a lot of bang for my buck, not blanks.

I was on them for a while. But there was constant problems. Server down, slow, and support tickets being lost.
I finally saw the light and went to Venturesonline.
