coupla questions on vbulletin

How easy is it to incorporate with a cms/portal? And what cms/portals are the best with vbulletin?
And I run menalto's gallery and would like to incorporate, cms, gallery and vbulletin..is it possible and what recommendations for cms/portal for this configuration?

Also what do vbulletin tools add on do? thanks..t
