Big Problem

i have vBulletin 3.7.0 RC 2.. my forum name is www.shopnoranga.com. i did face bit problem while upgrading.. now the problem is whenever i want to delete a file this following error message appears:

What problem did you have upgrading, and what did you do about it? That is the most likely cause of this error.
