I do believe you'll find translations for Spanish readily available in the forum a bit further down on the main page.

You can download a spanish translation in the downloads section, here:

You'll need to have your member access validated, of course, that can be done from the member's control panel.

No, the files and installation instructions are in English, as Jelsoft is an English company.
As kentaurus pointed out you can get spanish translations (for the front-end, I assume) which can be installed with ease.
If needed, you can ask for specific instructions when installing these.
