have vbulletin 3.7. rc2 and need this code ... insert table
- create table of x rows and y columns'
- add column
- add row

is it possibly to make custom "insert table" bbcode for posts ?

I'm not sure of vB would be able to help you with this or not. I suppose it could be possible, but I'd recommend asking at vBulletin.org
