Cannot Login to Member Center

I know this is the wrong place, but I haven't a clue where I would ask.

I can no longer log into members.vbulletin.com; even though I am copy-and-pasting my username & password to the login form. I purchased my account in June of 2007, so it hasn't yet expired. I've never changed the password or anything, either.

How do I go about regaining access to the members' download center?

All customer passwords were recently rotated.

Perhaps that email wound up in the spam or something, I don't recall seeing it and a search of my inbox turns up nothing.

At any rate, I've just reset the password - thanks for your help.
