Vbull Licence And Joint Owners

can a Vbull licence have joint owners on it , as ive just looked on the licence form and can only see box for 1 Full Name ?

Don't take this as official or quote me on it but as far as I know there can only be one owner of a license, however if certain conditions are met, it can be transferred.

Your best bet is to argue amongst yourselves as to who the license should be in the name of.
