I went to google to find a random forum powered by vbulletin 3.6.9 - I found 2 results.
1- http://forums.clantemplates.com/index.php
2- a site distributing a nulled copy with a nasty virus and backdoor (reported!)

they have a great looking forum and seem to have a fun amount of content if you're into their topic. And they're the first and only one in google results showing 3.6.9 at the moment :)
