A way to make readable Offline?

I have a lot of users asking me if they can buy a DVD copy of my forum that they could read offline. Is something like that at all possible?

Very bizarre request, but I guess the threads/posts in question can easily be saved by doing File > Save as in your browser and then saved to a DVD for people to be able to read.

Very bizarre indeed, not something I'd be inclined to allow.
The work involved would be staggering and hardly worth the effort unless the users were offering to pay for the labor at an hourly rate.
