Problems with phpBB 2.0.22 import.

Hi,

I've been trying to import the database from a phpBB 2.0.22 and it seems to be all right, except that i won't get those special letters to follow.

It's a swedish board, so we use å, ä and ö but they are getting Ã¥, ä and ö instead. Which is annoying me badly.

I guess there is something with the text-coding, but I have no idea what i've done wrong, so i hope that someone here can have any suggestions or solutions.

It will likely be the char sets of the database, this is how one customer dealt with it :
