Blog-Default Subscription Mode

Hi, i know every blog user can individually change:
Default Subscription Mode: Blog Entries
Default Subscription Mode: Blog Comments
but how can i change the default for ALL users from "instant email notification" to "no email notification"? :confused: i thought it was in the blog options but still see all users subscribed by default

Weird! I want to do the OPPOSITE!

My settings show that everybody is auto subscribed for instant email notification yet new blogs when added are NOT subscribed!

Looks like maybe they got it backwards...
