Total newbie, really need help

Alright, I'm a total newbie at doing stuff with ftp. Other then installing my forums, I haven't used it before, so while some of this stuff seems obvious to others, I'm getting somewhat confused on what to do.

I tried to install the blog last night, and after a couple of different trys and no success, I decided to come here for help.

I'm using filezilla for all my ftp stuff. Right now, my setup looks like this.

forums (vb forum files)

The instructions say to upload the folder on top of my exsisting forums, but I don't understand what that means. Is it possible that someone can walk me through this, I know it seems dumb, but I want to learn how to do this stuff, but don't want to mess up my forums either.

You must upload folders from vBBlog folder to appropriate folders of your forum: admincp to admincp, clientscript to clientscript etc. and remained files to forum root folder where your forum is placed;)

Oh, I see what I screwed up. I was just putting the folders in folders. Like putting the admincp folder from the upload folder, into the current one, instead of taking the stuff out of the folder and putting it in there.

I got it working though, so thanks for the help.
