Emails being sent to Junk Folder?

Any Ideas on how can I fix that?
Apparently all the emails sent from the site goes to peoples junk mail, some of them never see the junk just delete them.

I tested it and send some to my email and is being sent by
chris @ domainname

is it that causing it?

I had the exact same issue some time back and the issue was resolved by making sure that the reverse dns entry is set as well. That means both the domain name should resolve to an IP address and that same IP address should resolve back to domain name as well.

I called my hosting guys to set this up and once it was done, the emails started going into the inbox.
