Private Message Tracking in 3.7

Is there a way in 3.7 for users to set individually whether or not they automatically track PMs and request read receipts?

I can't find it, but one of my moderators has asked and I thought I'd make sure.

This is a usergroup setting:

Admin CP -> Usergroups -> Usergroup Manager -> Edit Usergroup -> Private Message Permissions -> Can Use Message Tracking -> Yes

But is there a way in which users can set it so that the checkbox for "Request read receipt for this message" (when they are sending a PM) will be automatically checked? (So that they don't have to remember to check it each time.)
