Hello,
I was hanging around at my forum and saw that one of the members created an album and it is waiting moderation.
I don't know how to decide if i should moderate albums or not but the important thing is where can i see if any user album is waiting moderation?
Because i am using mini stats (i guess it has a different name) at admincp so it shows how many users, messages and threads waiting for my moderation. It could be cool if you can add how many user albums or etc. is waiting my moderation.

You can moderate new albums, picture comments, visitor messages and social group messages in your User CP. There will be links to do so in the left column.

Is there any notification when a user has posted a new album that needs moderation? In the backend admin section i can see "Users to moderate", "Threads to moderate" etc but no notification of new albums to moderate.

I s'pose that being able to moderate albums from the UserCP is fine, since we can also moderate posts, threads, etc. there. But why in the world would there NOT be the same functionality in the AdminCP? We can moderate everything else there, but not he albums. Maybe this is just a huge gaff by the developers?
And why wasn't this post answered:

It's an excellent question that I have been unable to find an answer to yet. I saw a reply to a post that asked the OP where his images were. I could see them in his post, but others couldn't. Only when I went to his profile did I see that the pictures in his album were waiting to be moderated. There was no notification of this. I then discovered there were 36 pictures in several different albums that needed to be moderated.
When I chose to have all images moderated, I never thought for a minute that vBulletin would forget to have some kind of notification. There doesn't seem to be anything. Am I expected to go into my own UserCP, which I normally very rarely do, to see if there is moderation items? I do that in the AdminCP, which I am in numerous times every day. I woulda thought that album moderation would be right under Threads, Posts, Attachments, etc.
I can't allow images to be added to albums without moderating them. A year ago, when I was using a 3rd party gallery, a member uploaded a virus/trojan disguised as an image. I was lucky to find it the day after he uploaded when I was doing a backup of the file system to my computer - my virus detection program alerted me to it.
THis album issue seems very important. I hope it will be addressed by the developers.

I do not know why there is no link to moderate album pictures in the Admin CP. If you feel this is needed, you can make a suggestion to have it added in the Suggestions forum.

I am surprised that you think a "suggestion" would even be needed. This isn't one a them wishful thinking kinda things. It's something that was erroneously left out. I actually thought it would have been fixed in 3.7.4. Maybe 3.7.5?
Thanks for the reply.

Even so, making a suggestion is the best way to get it included in a future version.
