Don't See Bookmarks and Tags

I have two forums with 3.7

One is set up and showing the tags and bookmarks sections in the footer of the posts but the other is not. Bother seem to be set up the same way. Can you point me where to start?

Are both sites using the default style? If not, then it is most likely your style causing the problem. You should use the Find Updated Templates tool to compare your customized templates with the master defaults and apply any necessary changes.

Thats what is strange Luke. The site it is not working on is a brand new install set to default stye. Maybe its something I have set wrong.

You need to turn on these features.

Social Bookmarking: vBulletin Optins -> Thread Display Options (showthread) -> Enable Social Bookmarking.

Tags -> vBulletin Options -> Tagging Options.
