I am trying to replace my logo that is too large. It has been a while since I have messed with the header to change my logo from the vbulletin logo. So far what I have done is delete the old image, then upload the new image and rename it to my old logo. When I did this it left me with a text link as opposed to my new image.
So I went into style vars and reverted the header image. Then I re-uploaded the original vb logo image via ftp. The file path/title on the ftp matched the file path/title on the style vars. I still only have a text link instead of an image in the header.
What am I doing wrong?
My site is www.theparentpack.org (http://usa.theparentpack.org)

Copy your header template to notepad and then revert that template.
I see this image, but do not know if you correctly upload other image or added image to correct folder at host side.

I already reverted the template. Then I also already uploaded this image: vbulletin3_logo_white.gif to this path...

Still showing a text link with no image at the top of my forums. Now what?

Create a user with administrators permission to edit vBulletin options / forum permission and private message me with the details and I will poke around and look at your settings.
Enable these option, so I can poke around.
Can Administer Settings
Can Administer Styles
Can Administer Forums
Can Administer Threads
I have to go, but will be back after 6pm MST.

Done, thanks so much!!!
I am a stumped. I have even cleared my cache and cookies and it did not help. I also added you to my MSN messenger so we could trouble shoot if needed.
Thanks again for all your help!

Ok, it does seem you may not have uploaded the image or you did upload and place it in wrong folder or did not use binary mode method for uploading image(s). If you have been doing this right, then it maybe image file extension is incorrect or the name of image file. I was able to get you vBulletin logo to work properly and was able to add another resize logo, as the other one is huge and that maybe a slight understatement. :)
You may notice that I am hosting that logo of yours and you might want to add your own backin, once you can figure if the image correcrt file path, extension and name. I know the images do work on your site, as you can see that... well I seen the default vbulletin logo appear properly.

Thanks I must have uploaded it in the wrong mode, instead of binary mode. Thanks so much!
