the vb icon "V" symbol at the top?

i noticed some vb boards have another vb icon "V" symbol at the top of the page where the loading gif is.
i was just wondering how i would go about changing it please?

That is called a favicon, you can create on and then upload it to your root directory to replace the one that is there.
