How exactically do I back up database with phpMyAdmin?

How exactically do I back up my database with phpMyAdmin? I am sure it is easy . . . and I think I have done it, just want to make sure I am not missing anything.

Do I click:
Structure and Data

and:

Add "drop table"
Send
Complete inserts

?

then send

you'll be then prompted to download a file this is your mysql dump file (backup)
