Can i change the actual appearence of the VBulletin?

Hello, i have not jet mi software, and i want to know if i can change the actual aspect; beacuse i imagine the software like this no?

The style used here is the default vBulletin style. There are many styles that can be used with vBulletin to change the appearance of it. You can find a large selection of free styles which are available to vBulletin license holders in the Styles section at our modifications site www.vbulletin.org
