Its done in ASP, that sucks. But its the layout im looking for..
Is it hard to modify the vbulletin forum to make it look like that forum i linked to?

You can very easily edit colors and styles as much as you wish from your control panel. You do right from within your web browser, it is a simple process. Simplicity is one of the many things that vB has going for it.

yup you just have to play around with some templates.. it's very customisable :D
