here's the thing...I am currently on linux and run vBulletin with several thousand users but I wanted to include a video chat room. Tried hosting the chat room in the US but had many problems with all the users based in Australia where my main hosting is.
As i couldn't get affordable hosting for the chat room here in Australia I have moved my forums over to a Linux VPS so I could get Red5 installed to use with the video chat room.
The hosting company now says that they are having to many problems with Red5 on Linux but all is ok with Windows.
My question is whether or not to go over to Windows VPS (the VPS is fully managed by the hosting company).
Any thoughts would be a great help!
