Upgraded from 3.5.4 to 3.6.8 and Have Problems.

I upgraded one of my sites to 3.6.8 from 3.5.4. Now, if I do anything in the admin cp, I get database errors. I did not get any installation errors. Here is the error I get when doing anything on the admin side:

This part changes depending on what part of the admin CP I am trying to access...

Database error in vBulletin 3.6.8:

Also, I upgraded to the latest version... 3.6.8 Patch 2 but the version on the admin side and the main page of the site say only 3.6.8.

I am currently running a restore of the entire site that I took before upgrading.

Any ideas?

There is no phrasetypeid column in the phrase table, so this is most likely caused by some plugin/hack that you have enabled. Try disabling your plugins/hacks and see if the problem continues.
