I am running vbulletin 3.7 Beta 4 and since we upgraded a bunch of people complained about the pop-up window to confirm that you have left reputation...

I was messing around with vbulletin_ajax_reputation.js in the /clientscript/ folder and was interrupted in the middle of my work. I was asked by another forum owner how I did it and I was trying to track what I had done and it turns out that I had completely removed the file through FTP and had not replaced it.

Removing the file causes reputation to still be added and counted but the pop-up is gone. When you click to leave rep, it takes you to a *new* page where you fill out the "I approve" (or not) box and type in your message and once you have submitted the reputation it takes you back to the thread.

I know a lot of people (through searching these forums) that you wanted the pop-up gone. I'm not sure this will work for others but it can't hurt to try. Make sure you back-up the file/database before trying it out.

It would seem that it is still hardcoded into files and you can ask over at vBulletin.org to see if a modification has been made to add reputation after click.
