Unwanted user

I have an old user on my forum that used to work for me as a graphics member... He got fired and hes decided to post rude things on the forum... I've banned him... He made a new account I IP banned him... He went on a proxy and made a new account. How can i stop this guy?

Contact his internet service provider or use a .htaccess rewrite to redirect proxy users to another page. The .htaccess rewrite can be discussed over at vBulletin.org in more depth.

Ask him to stop nicely :) If he doesnt then contact the proper authorities, this is staulking and harrassement.

Ignore him.
Delete his posts,do not argue.
No attention? After a while he will give up .

Download the 'Miserable Users' plugin over at vbOrg and assign him to that usergroup each time he registers... :)

Another option, either moderate new users or using a user group promotion and setting regged users to have moderated posts and promote after 1 post to a group with same permissions except no post moderation.
