Problem with installer

When I get to installer page I get this error


Warning: Unterminated comment starting line 2341 in /home/getastak/public_html/forum/includes/adminfunctions.php on line 2341

It then allows me to enter my customer number

but then gives me the same error im sure its a quick fix but I need help Thanks.

Please start by reuploading all of your files, make sure that the php files go up in ASCII mode and images go up in binary mode. Make sure that the new files being uploaded overwrite the old files.

This worked well Ive had to do it with numerous files but it helps each time
