Need help on choosing a host.

Hi I'm new here and I have contacted a couple of hosts and I would like your feedback.. I am currently on POWWEB.com and they are being ignorant by not answering me.... After a day of search and talk with other hosts I have narrowed down to the following:

I have 2 sites to be hosted:

www.dim8.net (fast reply over email): Titanium Package
www.hosting.us.com (still waiting for reply) Their Main Package
www.aphosting.com (fast live support): L300 Special

Can you guys help me decide on which host listed on the top to go with? I have $25 dollars max to spend on 2 accounts.... If anyone have better offers please post here.
