WYSIWYG not Responding.

Hi,

My WYSIWYG editor both in newthread, edit, quickreply are all not responding. I'm assuming this is related to a template but I've fixed all the ones which come in contact with such (I think anyway). Is there anything beyond I'm supposed to be looking for?

For some reason when I reverted the head include it worked but it didn't. It had fixed a previous issue of mine, yet when I went back in the templates it showed up as custom again... so I was like hmmmm.... revert again? Done, fixed.
