Maybe try reuploading all the files in your admincp folder? Also, make sure the permissions are correct for those files.

Did you do an upgrade or a fresh install?

edit: Your control panel says 3.6.8, yet you posted in the 3.7 forum. So, which do you think you are supposed to be running?

No the forum i just upgrade from 3.6.8 first work wel now not so good

So you upgraded *from* 3.6.8 *to* 3.7? If you think so, you have done something wrong. You need to run the upgrade.php again because the forums don't think they have been upgraded.

Whoops, my bad... I saw 3.6.8 in the upper right and thought that was the version for your control panel. Sorry.

I'm afraid I'm not sure what the problem is. Have you tried to reupload all the files in your admincp (I had suggested it, but you didn't say if you tried that). Also, check that the directory and files give you permission to execute.
