Private Message Quote Tags Shown When BBCODE disabled

I disabled bbcode within private messages, because my members complained about the quote tag getting automatically inserted when you would click reply (it would quote the entire message not just the message that was previously received). Anyway so I disabled bbcode for private messages thinking this would solve it from automatically quoting it when replying. So now instead of a quote box there are quote tags. Running 3.7 beta 4. Anyway to fix it so it will not quote the original PM upon reply?

Turning off bbcode doesn't turn off the functionality to quote the previous msg in the current reply msg. So that's why it is behaving like that.

I don't know yet in 3.7 what it requires to not auto include the previous msg.. This system is written to include the previous msg so the receiver understands to which msg the response comes from.
