I have checked and there are no white spaces before or after the php in the config file.

I have added the define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

after <?php

I have uploaded everything from the download file back to the server to see if something didn't just copy over correctly.

The error persists.

I am trying to upgrade to vbulletin_3-6-8_Patch_Level_2

What is going on?!

Why are you going to the index page if you are upgrading?
